We are currently seeking a knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish user accounts, manage permissions, and set passwords for new users;
  • Deliver support via phone and online channels for users operating on Windows and MAC systems;
  • Engage with both technical and non-technical users to assess, prioritize, and resolve their requests and issues;
  • Manage priorities effectively to ensure timely resolution of all concerns;
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues faced by users;
  • Oversee regular updates to maintain the integrity of computer systems and networks;
  • Investigate and evaluate new technologies and solutions to meet current and future needs;
  • Carry out additional related duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

– A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Network Administration, or a related technical field is essential;

– Proficient understanding of server operations, routing, firewalls, telecommunication systems, and system updates;

– Experience in customer service with the ability to manage high-pressure situations;

– Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;

– Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
