Key Responsibilities
  • Network monitoring and coordination
  • Transport Network (DWDM, SONET) management
  • Telephony Network maintenance
  • CATV plant management
  • Ticket-based communications and customer support
  • Change Management - Network maintenance coordination
  • Support group coordination (Tiered support and Field Operations)
  • Simulcast broadcast duties
  • Escalation procedures
  • Simulcast Monitoring/Scheduling/Execution
Requirements
  • Professional Communications - Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Two-year accredited Electronics certificate
  • Strong analytical trouble shooting skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel
  • Ability to work in 7-24 shift environment
  • Will to work overtime when required
