Salary InformationWe offer an attractive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth.
Job DescriptionRole SummaryThe Senior Talent Development Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by leading the development and implementation of talent strategies and programs aligned with our business objectives.
This individual will be accountable for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, while ensuring employee relations issues are managed effectively. They will also oversee the HRIS system, analyzing data to inform people strategies and communicate key findings through impactful dashboards.
Key Responsibilities- Elevate our recruitment strategy to meet short- and long-term talent needs, ensuring alignment with our company values and scorecard.
- Develop and implement best practices in hiring and talent management, fostering a culture of engagement and inclusion.
- Promote and support a thriving culture, driving initiatives that align with engagement survey results and feedback from pulse checks.
- Manage the efforts of the DEIB Committee, ensuring diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are embedded into our policies, programs, and processes.
- Analyze current total rewards programs and stay informed on compensation trends to maintain competitiveness in attracting and retaining top talent.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of experience in HR, with 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence.
- A proven track record of inspiring confidence in senior leaders, providing trusted advice, and promoting effective change initiatives.
- Able to work independently, consult as needed, and establish credibility with all members of the organization.
- Demonstrable maturity, professionalism, and integrity, with a solid grasp of employment law issues.
- Familiarity with standard methodology and experience in mentoring managers through change.
