Job Description:
The Director of Internal Sales will be responsible for leading a nationwide inside sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies, as well as a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Oversee the management of customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and intervening in case of complaints or complex issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure the sales team has the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a focus on inside sales.
- Proven experience managing a team spread across multiple locations.
- Strong experience in change management and leading teams through organizational transitions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Bilingualism is required as you will manage both English and French-speaking employees and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.
