Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Vice President of Customer Experience, Training, and Development, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase inside sales, aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  • Leading a team of inside sales representatives, setting clear goals, and providing continuous support to maximize performance.
  • Overseeing the management of customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and intervening in case of complaints or complex issues.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements in internal sales processes, including the use of technology and CRM tools.
  • Ensuring ongoing training for the sales team on products, sales techniques, and customer relationship management tools.
  • Preparing accurate sales forecasts, providing regular reports to management, and proposing corrective actions in case of deviation from targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a focus on inside sales.
  • Proven experience managing a team spread across multiple locations.
  • Strong experience in change management and leading teams through organizational transitions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Bilingualism is required as you will manage both English and French-speaking employees and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.
