Job Description

Job Title: Director of Internal Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Internal Sales to join our team at Sani Marc Inc. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing our nationwide inside sales team and developing strategies to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve company objectives, aligned with our overall business strategy.
  • Lead and Manage Sales Team: Train, motivate, and support a team of inside sales representatives to maximize performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Account Management: Oversee the management of customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and intervening in case of complaints or complex issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in internal sales processes, including the use of technology and CRM tools.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training for the sales team on products, sales techniques, and customer relationship management tools.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, provide regular reports to management, and propose corrective actions in case of deviation from targets.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a focus on inside sales.
  • Skills: Proven experience managing a team spread across multiple locations, strong experience in change management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, bilingualism, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
