Restaurant Operations Manager

Rozzini's Restaurant Cafe is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and customer satisfaction
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Client focus and team player with initiative
Rozzini's Restaurant Cafe is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality standards. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be working in a restaurant setting, with a team of staff who are passionate about delivering excellent service and quality food.
