Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Indian Courtyard Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Evaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Menu Planning and Pricing: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant's budget and business goals.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and ensure timely restocking.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
