Job Title: Director, Digital Marketing

At Dye & Durham Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Digital Marketing to lead our global digital marketing strategy and drive business growth through innovative digital marketing initiatives.

About the Role

The Director, Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. This includes building and optimizing inbound and outbound digital capabilities, such as content marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, organic and paid social media, and digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global digital marketing strategy that drives new customer acquisition and improved client retention initiatives.
  • Build and manage a global team of digital marketing professionals to execute digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, using data to optimize strategies and deliver ROI.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing global digital marketing strategies and cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMRush, etc.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
