Director of Product Management - PC Express Fulfillment Team

Loblaw Digital is seeking a seasoned Director of Product Management to lead the PC Express technology and solutions team. As a key member of our digital leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a product vision that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

You will lead a high-performing team of product managers and be accountable for delivering top-quality products and features that meet the needs of our customers and in-store teams. Your expertise in product management, leadership, and stakeholder management will be essential in driving business outcomes and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a product vision that aligns with business objectives and customer needs
  • Lead a team of product managers and provide coaching and guidance to ensure successful product delivery
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships with senior leaders
  • Foster a culture of speed, candor, and curiosity to drive innovation and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and integration

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products and features
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in iterative product development and shipping high-integrity features
  • Strong relationships with senior stakeholders across a complex organization
