Director, Performance Marketing (Hybrid)

We're seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional to lead our Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and digital marketing initiatives. As a Director of Performance Marketing, you'll be responsible for analyzing campaign data, managing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, and driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

This is a unique opportunity to manage one of the largest PPC accounts in Canada, working closely with a talented team of marketers. You'll design, implement, and manage Search Engine Marketing campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads, including Paid Search, Performance Max, Paid Shopping, YouTube, and Display campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing SEO strategies to boost organic traffic
  • Continuously monitoring and optimizing campaigns to improve acquisition cost, ROI, and overall campaign efficiency
  • Collaborating with internal teams to help pace and manage budget
  • Managing and working closely with vendor partners to execute on updates or changes required to maintain high performance

We're looking for a highly analytical and structured thinker who can derive insights from complex data and clearly articulate ideas into actionable items. You'll have a proven track record of managing a digital marketing budget of at least $3m across multiple platforms for a profitable e-commerce business.
