- Settlement Support: Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees, including housing, transportation, storage, childcare, and winter clothing.
- Social and Labour Market Integration: Support the social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees, including facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training.
- Credential Recognition: Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
- Mentorship: Offer mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
- Partnership: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
- On-the-Job Training: Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth.
- Welcoming Work Environment: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Partnership: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans.
