About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team at Wintrax Logistics Inc. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for building predictive models, analyzing complex data sets, and providing insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business processes and decision-making
  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve analytics capabilities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analytics or a related field
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
