About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team at Wintrax Logistics Inc. as a Predictive Modeling Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for building and deploying predictive models to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Predictive Models: Design and develop predictive models using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to forecast business outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Confer with Stakeholders: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders and data scientists, to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Extract Insights from Data: Develop and maintain complex data sets, extract insights, and present findings to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • Design and Develop Data Visualizations: Create interactive and dynamic data visualizations to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data science and analytics to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a data analytics or related field.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools. Proficiency in SQL, MS Office, and MS Excel.
