We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team at Wintrax Logistics Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Predictive Models: Design and build predictive models to forecast business outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Conduct Data Science Tasks: Perform advanced data analysis, data mining, and data visualization to extract insights from large datasets.
  • Design Data Collection and Processing Methods: Develop and implement data collection and processing methods to ensure high-quality data is available for analysis.
  • Develop Data Mapping Techniques: Create data mapping techniques to identify relationships between data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Generate Reports through Queries and Logic: Develop reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Analyze Large Datasets for Trends and Patterns: Use statistical and machine learning techniques to identify trends and patterns in large datasets.
  • Document Technical Requirements for Business Alignment: Develop technical documentation to ensure business stakeholders understand the technical requirements for data-driven initiatives.
  • Extract Insights from Unstructured Data Sets: Use natural language processing and machine learning techniques to extract insights from unstructured data sets.
  • Recommend Automated Anomaly Detection Systems: Develop and implement automated anomaly detection systems to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Visualize Technical Information for Easy Understanding: Develop clear and concise visualizations to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Utilize Ensemble Modeling for Better Predictions: Use ensemble modeling techniques to improve the accuracy of predictive models.Requirements
    • Proficiency in SQL, MS Office, and MS Excel: Strong proficiency in SQL, MS Office, and MS Excel is required.
    • Independent Work in a Fast-Paced Setting: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision.
