About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team at Wintrax Logistics Inc. as a Data Analytics Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building predictive models, designing data collection and processing methods, and developing data visualization tools to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Predictive Models: Develop and implement predictive models to forecast business outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design Data Collection and Processing Methods: Design and implement data collection and processing methods to ensure accurate and reliable data.
  • Develop Data Visualization Tools: Develop data visualization tools to present complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Confer with Clients: Collaborate with clients to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Extract Information from Unstructured Data: Extract relevant information from unstructured data sources to inform business decisions.
  • Provide Advice on Automated Anomaly Detection Systems: Provide expert advice on the selection and implementation of automated anomaly detection systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL, MS Office, and MS Excel.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, initiative, and judgment.
