Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Western region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster and develop collaborative partnerships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales and business growth.
  • Performance Management: Coach and develop sales team members to ensure they meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.
  • Business Planning: Collaborate with sales leadership and finance to create annual business plans and quotas for the region.
  • Team Collaboration: Encourage a culture of team collaboration and communication to drive business success.
  • Professional Development: Provide guidance and support to sales team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing in the medical devices industry.
  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience in people management and leadership.
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Strong English communication, written and verbal skills.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office suite of products, including Excel and PowerPoint.
