We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our sales team and develop strategic business plans to achieve sales objectives in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure team success.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Vice President to align commercial sales business plans with regional strategies and objectives.
  • Represent the commercial business unit and implement trade activity calendars to exploit business opportunities and strengthen the brand position in the marketplace.
  • Establish sales objectives for the region and ensure sales activities comply with established policies, procedures, and practices.
Requirements:
  • Four-year college degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 or more years of related work experience.
  • Knowledge of the terms, concepts, and practices of the marketing and sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of Mohawk products, distribution options, sales strategies, and/or programs.
