About Our Client

Our client is a reputable insurance brokerage with a long history of providing innovative and personalized insurance solutions. They are seeking a skilled Personal Lines Broker to join their team and contribute to safeguarding the assets of their clients.

About the Opportunity

The Personal Lines Broker in this role will be responsible for overseeing and expanding a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional customer service by offering insurance products and policies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients in assessing their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities to sell additional coverages and increase revenue
  • Completing policy reviews and renewals to ensure seamless service
  • Providing quotes and binding new insurance policies in Personal Lines

About the Position

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced insurance professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Lines insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of BMS software (EPIC preferred)

Compensation

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, performance bonus, and commission on new business. Additionally, they will be eligible for full health benefits, paid vacation and flex days, RRSP matching, and education support.
