We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure clients receive the best possible advice.
- Work closely with colleagues to identify new business opportunities and grow our client base.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Contribute to the development of new business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
Requirements
- Insurance broker level 1 license and preference to those working towards CAIB/CIP designation (financial support provided).
- 2+ years of Personal Lines experience.
- Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
