About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Broker - Personal Lines to join our team at 10102 HUB Intl Canada West ULC (Prairies). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and accurate advice to clients regarding personal insurance products
  • Identify client needs and educate them on available insurance solutions
  • Encourage the sale of company products and the benefits of bundling insurance requirements
  • Work closely with new and existing customers to build strong relationships
Requirements
  • Level 1 Insurance License is required
  • Minimum 1 year experience with selling personal insurance products is preferred
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with superior client service skills
  • Ability to successfully upsell and cross-sell insurance products
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal
  • Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Proficiency with Broker Management Software Systems
