About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Broker - Personal Lines to join our team at 10102 HUB Intl Canada West ULC (Prairies). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, identifying their insurance needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional advice to clients on personal insurance products, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
  • Work closely with new and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products, promoting the benefits of bundling policies with HUB International.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  • Level 1 Insurance License is required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in selling personal insurance products is preferred.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with exceptional client service skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
  • Proficiency with Broker Management Software Systems.
