About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Bombay Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new menu concepts and recipes to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events and banquets
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Proven track record of menu development, kitchen operations, and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
