Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 1006771 BC LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, as well as managing the kitchen staff and operations.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
* Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
* Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
* Order supplies and equipment as needed
* Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and safe food preparation
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
* Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements:
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
