We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Bombay Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
- Ensure that all food meets our high quality standards and is presented in an appealing manner.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events and banquets.
- Monitor and control kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- 2+ years of experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of leading a team and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
