About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lead Customer Service Representative at Circle K. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Operations: Assist the store manager and assistant manager with administrative tasks, manage cash handling, and maintain store appearance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve daily goals, provide support, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Think critically and come up with creative solutions to resolve customer complaints and improve store operations.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Strong ability to work collaboratively with the store team, communicate effectively, and provide support when needed.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing situations, priorities, and store needs.
  • Continuous Learning: eagerness to learn and grow with the company, and take on new challenges and responsibilities.
