Customer Service Representative

At IMP Aerostructures, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely communication, and meeting customer scorecard requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customers with accurate and timely information, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administer customer contracts, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and updating customers on production issues.
  • Manage 'on-loads' and 'off-loads' of products, including the development of build plans and project plans.
  • Coordinate implementation of engineering changes, monitoring progress and coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including action logs and customer status reports.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Business or related field.
  • Strong understanding of MRP, Forecasting, Inventory Planning, Kanban, and Supply Chain.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build customer relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplined team and prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of processes, products, and equipment, with the ability to read blueprints and engineering documentation.
