Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will scrutinize records, process documents, and apply relevant legislation and policy. You will issue primary identity documents, maintain security and control of public funds, and interact with the general public, providing excellent customer service.

  • Demonstrated ability to diplomatically deal with the general public and to effectively manage difficult client engagements
  • Strong data entry and computer skills
  • A high aptitude to acquire, retain, organize, and apply policies and procedures
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
