We are an industry leader in flexible packaging solutions, and we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, providing friendly and efficient service while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greets visitors and monitors visitor records.
  • Responds to incoming calls and routes calls to the appropriate department or person.
  • Performs clerical and administrative duties as required.
  • Distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail for the Post Office.
  • Prepares outgoing courier packages.
  • Orders office stationery and business cards, and assists the Purchaser as required.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Two (2) years' experience working in a related field.
