Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Northwest Timbermart. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly
- 1-2 years of retail management experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
