Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team at JG's Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Authorize payments, returns, and other financial transactions
- Establish and maintain a safe and secure work environment
- Prepare sales reports and other business metrics
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Will train on the job
- Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
This is a full-time position that requires working on-site at our retail store. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
