Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at JG's Liquor Store. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and stockroom personnel.
- Assign tasks and duties to staff members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Monitor and control store inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Manage store finances, including cash handling and reconciliation.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement store policies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, making recommendations to improve store operations and sales.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
