Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Spice Hut Canada Franchise Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Food Service Operations
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure that they meet our high standards.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on food service operations, including sales data and staff performance.
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef and other relevant staff members.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire and train new food service staff members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Language
    • English
