Food Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Philthy Philly Cheesesteak and Poutinerie. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Training: Train and supervise food service staff to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and service.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, ensuring that all menu items meet our expectations.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare food order summaries for our chef.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
