About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Montana's BBQ and Bar. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our guests have a positive experience at Montana's BBQ and Bar.
  • Staff Management: Train and develop our food service staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Operations: Establish and maintain efficient work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen and service areas are running smoothly and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies and ingredients to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our kitchen and service areas are clean, safe, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in a food service supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Language: English.
