Train and Develop StaffProvide training and development opportunities to our food service staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Estimate and Manage Food and SuppliesEstimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Ensure Quality ControlMonitor and ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Record Keeping and ReportingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare reports for management as required.
Food Order ManagementPrepare food order summaries for our chef and ensure timely delivery of food trolleys.
Work Schedules and ProceduresEstablish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective food service operations.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service operations
