Job Summary

DHYAN JENY ENTERPRISES LTD. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our culinary department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Communication: Prepare food order summaries for the chef and supervise the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules and procedures to ensure optimal staffing levels and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
