Job Summary

DHYAN JENY ENTERPRISES LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food preparation and service staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Direct and coordinate the activities of our food service staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide training and development opportunities to our food service staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Estimate and Manage Food and Supplies

Estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare reports for management as required.

Food Order Management

Prepare food order summaries for our chef and ensure timely delivery of food trolleys.

Work Schedules and Procedures

Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective food service operations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service operations

Language

English

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week
