About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Finance to join our company and support our growing Canada business. This key leadership role involves driving financial strategy and performance through comprehensive planning, analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

As a trusted advisor, you'll partner with commercial, operations, and senior leadership to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making to advance our mission of improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
    • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Participate as a member of the Canadian leadership team.
    • Work closely with Regional finance teams ensuring that Canada integrates with regional and global financial systems.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage various fiscal and accounting functions pertaining to areas such as general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and financial statement reporting.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning.

Your Background & Skills Should Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CPA accredited.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the healthcare or therapeutics industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team.

Salary Estimate

$120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
