Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 8012873 Canada Inc. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and establish work schedules.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, and organize and maintain inventory.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
