Administrative Support Specialist

R.W. Hamilton Ltd, an industrial distributor company, is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Preparing and editing documents, memos, and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Managing accounts receivable, including preparing bank deposits and monitoring customer accounts for non-payment
- Providing administrative support to the accounts receivable department
- Assisting with various office administration tasks, including filing and data entry
Requirements:
