Job Description:
  • As an Executive Support Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, planning and organizing daily operations, and determining and establishing office procedures and routines.
  • You will also schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and respond to employee questions and complaints.
  • Additionally, you will order office supplies and maintain inventory, negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Your duties will also include setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents, performing data entry, and providing customer service.
  • You will work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field and maintain and manage digital databases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive.
