Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Guardteck. This role will provide administrative support to our executives, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Public transportation is available, making it easy to get to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our executives, including preparing minutes of meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure we have everything we need.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
