Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Donor Relations will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive donor engagement strategy, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new opportunities for growth and development. Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise to develop and execute a comprehensive donor engagement strategy, driving meaningful relationships and securing significant contributions to the Institute.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and internal partners.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and development, leveraging your network and industry connections to drive success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies, events, and campaigns.
  • Develop and manage complex donor reports, stewardship plans, and other materials to ensure timely and accurate recognition of donor contributions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five to six years of experience in development, donor relations, advancement services, and/or special events.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to develop, execute, and/or support a complex donor relations program, including recognition and stewardship activities.
  • Proven expertise managing multi-phase projects from inception to completion, with an emphasis on optimizing efficiencies through the strategic use of CRM software and other technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact comfortably, tactfully, and effectively with donors and volunteers, varied internal and external constituencies, and a wide range of stakeholders.

Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan and paid time off.
