Insurance Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly lead generation and sales goals.
  • Effectively communicate insurance products and services to clients, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Work closely with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, ensuring a strong presence in the market.
  • Meet deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness, maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • General Level 1 Insurance License
  • 1 year experience in the insurance industry (preferred)
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic
  • Diligent and hardworking
  • Proactive in problem-solving
