Sales Performance Strategist

As a Strategic Sales Account Representative, you'll play a key role in prospecting and growing our existing customer base. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you'll develop strategies to identify new revenue opportunities and build strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales quotas by identifying and closing new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Build and expand current relationships within existing book of business.
- Analyze service and contractual agreements to advise on resolutions if required.
- Develop account strategies to uncover potential opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce and communication platforms to manage pipeline and close business.
- Partner with Customer Care teams to build strong relationships with customers.
- Maintain knowledge of competitive markets and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Two years of demonstrated performance exceeding sales quotas with recurring revenue-based services.
- Familiarity with prospecting databases such as D&B and ZoomInfo is a plus.
- Experience in B2B or food and beverage is a plus.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
