Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist for Beauty and CPG

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our digital advertising efforts across all MAV brands. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, display, and video etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the end-to-end build and management of media campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, guidance in ad creative development, and performance tracking.
  • Analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends and insights to action on optimization opportunities and implement strategies to improve ROI.
  • Surfacing experimentation opportunities to develop an ongoing testing roadmap that continually iterates and improves campaign performance.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Integrated Marketing Comms Director to align campaign messaging, creatives, and objectives with overall business goals.
  • Leading day-to-day communications with third-party vendors (i.e. media agency) and platform representatives to resolve issues, build roadmaps, and facilitate program success.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through paid channels with an emphasis on omnichannel.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Looker, Excel or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of how first-party data, conversion tracking, and attribution models work together.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple paid channels, with a focus on maximizing ROIs and lead quality.
