Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Crew Member. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service
    • Greet guests and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner
    • Process payments and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous way
  • Food Preparation
    • Prepare food and drinks to order, following McDonald's quality and safety standards
    • Manage delivery and mobile orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other crew members to achieve team goals and objectives
    • Support and assist colleagues as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Cleanliness and Safety
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to McDonald's standards
    • Report any safety or cleanliness issues to management promptly
