Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility during nighttime hours, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Nighttime Operations: Oversee the daily activities of our team members during nighttime hours, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for the next day.
  • Ensure Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
