Falls Lodge and Suites is a leading hospitality company that prides itself on providing exceptional service to our guests. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Operations Manager to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a Night Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our lodge during nighttime hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nighttime staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including the cleaning and organization of public areas and guest rooms.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of our supplies and equipment, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet the needs of our guests and staff.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our facilities and services meet the highest standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality or business administration.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Possession of any relevant certifications, such as first aid or CPR.
The Night Operations Manager will work a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to be flexible in response to changing circumstances.
